How to Make Viral Cottage Cheese Flatbread

  • Preheat oven to 425 °F. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment, leaving wings for lift-out.
  • Whiz cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper 30 sec until smooth. Add flour; pulse just combined.
  • Spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle optional cheese or bagel seasoning. Bake 22–25 min until golden and edges pull away.
  • Rest 5 min, lift out, slice into 8 rectangles. Serve warm or room temp.
