skinless, boneless chicken breast
cut into bite sized pieces

plain flour

garlic cloves
peeled and crushed

sun dried tomatoes
drained and very finely chopped

dried oregano

paprika

chicken stock cube
undiluted and crumbled
To Finish

Instructions
Cooking Instructions
Toss chicken in the plain flour with plenty of salt and pepper until well coated.
Put into the slow cooker with the garlic, tomatoes, oregano, paprika, crumbled stock cube and water.
Cook on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
Mix in the remaining ingredients just before serving.
Notes
Use sun dried tomatoes in jars in oil, drain the oil and pat dry. Cut them very finely for best results.
