Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
  • Add the ranch dressing mix to the creamy base. Mix on low speed for about 1 minute until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in the finely chopped dill pickles using a spatula.
  • Gently fold in the crumbled cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste, mixing just until combined.
  • Transfer the dip into a serving bowl, smoothing the top with a spatula. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
  • Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, let the dip chill for a few hours or overnight.
