Ingredients
  

jam

  • 12 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder

brownie layer

  • cup cocoa powder
  • cup maple syrup
  • cup runny nut butter
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

melted chocolate layer

  • 1 cup chocolate chips used Pascha brand
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

medjool dates

  • 10 large medjool dates

Instructions
 

Preparing the Jam

  • Cook the jam ingredients on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until jam is thick and stir periodically.

Making the Brownie Layer

  • Mix the brownie layer ingredients and roll them into balls or add to silicone ice cube molds. Freeze for 30 minutes, then add them to the top of flattened out medjool dates.

Assembling the Bites

  • Scoop a spoonful of raspberry jam on top of the brownie layer.
  • Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
  • Dunk in the melted chocolate and place in the fridge for 20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
