Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Alphonso mango pulp
  • 3 teaspoons black tea powder
  • 4 cups water
  • 0.5 tablespoons lime juice
  • 0.25 cups sugar or more, to taste
  • 3-4 sprigs mint

Instructions
 

  • Add water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the tea, remove from heat, add sugar, lime juice and steep for at least 10-15 minutes. Add the mango puree and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Strain through a sieve into the pitcher.
  • Into tall glasses place ice cubes, pour the Mango Iced Tea, garnish with lime slices and mint leaves, and serve chilled.
