Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions until almost al dente.
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan. Press garlic and add it. Sauté lightly.
Add shrimps and cook for 1 minute on each side. Add lemon slices. Deglaze with white wine. Add chicken broth and cream, and let it reduce.
Season with salt, pepper, chili flakes, lemon juice, and sugar to taste.
Add some Parmesan and half of the parsley to the sauce. Mix with the pasta and heat briefly.
Plate and serve. Garnish with remaining parsley and Parmesan as desired.
Notes
Do not overcook the shrimps as they may become tough.
