Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds salmon, skinned and cubed about 4 filets, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter room temperature
  • 0.25 cup hot honey homemade or store-bought
  • parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add salmon bites and gently toss to coat.
  • Place the salmon bites into the basket of an air fryer in an even layer. Air fry for 9-10 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140-145°F, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • To a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and hot honey. Once melted and warmed through, turn off the heat. Add the cooked salmon bites. Gently toss to coat.
  • Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

Oven instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F, bake seasoned salmon cubes for 16 minutes, flipping halfway, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Toss with hot honey sauce.
