- 2 medium ripe but firm peaches
- 1 Burrata
- 1 tablespoon hot honey for drizzling
- 1.5 tablespoon butter divided
- 0.5 cup pecans
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Few chopped fresh basil leaves
In a pan, over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter, add the brown sugar and pecans, sprinkle them some salt, and mix to coat. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently.
Carefully transfer the pecans onto a parchment paper and spread them out, let it cool completely.
Wash, pit and slice the peaches.
Preheat your grill pan over medium-high heat, and grease the grill grates with some butter.
Brush the peach slices with some butter and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until charred and tender. Set aside to cool.
Cut open a burrata on a serving plate and place the sliced peaches all around. Drizzle hot honey and sprinkle with candied pecans and chopped basil. Drizzle a little olive oil (optional) and enjoy!
