Ingredients
  

Creamy Base

  • 8 ounces plain cream cheese
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Chicken and Cheese

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ¼ cup diced green onion plus more for garnish
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese divided

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8 or 9 inch pan, I used a cast iron pan, but any kind of baking dish will work!
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder and onion powder until well combined.
  • Fold in the chicken, green onion, mozzarella and ½ cup of the cheddar. Mix everything well to combine.
  • Transfer to your prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden on top.
  • Sprinkle with diced green onion and serve with veggies, chips etc. and enjoy!

Notes

This dip is perfect for parties and can be served with a variety of dippers such as vegetables or chips.
