Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • ¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground all spice
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoon milk

Dijon Gravy

  • 3 tablespoon salted butter
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon dijon mustard

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together all of the meatball ingredients until fully combined.
  • Form balls with the meat mixture and place on a baking sheet. Freeze for 5-10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides. Remove from the skillet.
  • Melt butter in the skillet, whisk in flour until medium brown. Pour in broth, simmer until thickened. Add milk and mustard, simmer until creamy.
  • Return the meatballs to the sauce and cook until heated through.
