Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ground mustard
  • 1 clove finely minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons prepared raw horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1.5 tablespoons finely minced parsley
  • hot sauce to taste

Preparation Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Mix together using a spoon or whisk until completely combined.
  • Optionally adjust any seasonings with salt and pepper.

Notes

Make this up to 3 days ahead. Store covered in the refrigerator for 7-10 days. Use raw prepared horseradish; do not use creamy horseradish sauce. Substitute garlic with garlic powder if desired. Any ground mustard will do, but creole mustard is preferred. Feel free to use any Cajun seasoning blend.
