Instructions
Preparation
Start by rinsing the cherry tomatoes under cold water and patting them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Next, drain the mozzarella balls thoroughly to prevent excess moisture.
Grab your fresh basil leaves and gently wash them. Pat them dry carefully with a paper towel.
Assembly
Take your wooden skewers or toothpicks, and begin assembling your skewers.
Once all the skewers are assembled, arrange them on a platter.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Serving
Serve immediately, and watch them disappear!
If there are leftover skewers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a day.
