Sausage Ball Ingredients

  • 1 pound hot pork sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix Do not pack down the measuring cup.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Adjust the amount to taste.

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together hot pork sausage and cream cheese until well combined.
  • Add in Bisquick baking mix and stir until combined.
  • Then add in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until combined.
  • Scoop up meat mixture and form into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Chill the baking sheets in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Once they are chilled, bake for about 25 minutes. Then serve!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of cheddar cheese to your liking for a cheesier flavor.
