Ingredients
  

Patty Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons neutral oil
  • 3 tablespoons mayo

Instructions
 

Burger Preparation

  • Put all the patty ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well to combine - just don't overwork the meat too much.
  • Heat griddle or cast iron pan to medium high, add a little oil and put on the patties, cook until they're done to your liking - be careful flipping them over as they're pretty soft.
  • While they cook, combine the mayo, mustard and chili sauce - mix and set aside.
  • Toast buns, and when patties are ready build with some sauce and lettuce & tomato.

Notes

These burgers are meant to be enjoyed fresh off the grill for maximum flavor.
