Banana Donut Holes

- 1 large banana ripe
- ¾ cup Flour
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ cup Sugar divided
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and spray parchment paper with non-stick spray.
Combine ¼ cup granulated sugar and ground cinnamon and set aside.
Mash ripe banana until it forms a smooth puree.
Add flour, ¼ cup of sugar, baking powder and salt and knead with lightly oiled hands and form a moist dough ball, adding up to 1-2 tablespoon flour if absolutely necessary.
Roll dough into balls, (tablespoon-sized portions) and place them on parchment paper, lined with an air fryer basket about 1 inch apart.
Spray with oil.
Air fry for 6-7 minutes, or until they are fluffy and lightly golden.
Remove from the Air fryer basket and immediately brush with melted coconut oil, roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture and serve with chocolate ganache or date caramel.
